Apostolic Leadership

The City Wide church leader along with the Apostolic Leadership Team is responsible for the apostolic direction and leadership of the City Wide church.

Elders are appointed in the various local congregations for governance.

“Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account.
Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.”
Hebrews 13:17 (NIV)

The City Wide church employs various ministry and administration staff to lead the church in the area of ministry and/or admin.

Ministry of Partnership Development

The Ministry Partnership program empowers Every Nation to enable men and women who are called to vocational ministry to pursue their calling. Hundreds of men and women are able to serve in Every Nation churches throughout Africa, because of partners who give financially towards their ministry call and the Every Nation vision to impact Africa to God’s glory.

Every believer is called to reach the lost and make disciples, whether they are employed by a church or in another profession. (2 Corinthians 5:17-19) The majority of believers do not work as church staff members. They know that they are not called to be pastors, missionaries, campus ministers or church planters but they do know that they play a crucial role in ensuring that the Gospel is shared.

Majority of the staff working at Every Nation Tshwane are employed on MPD contracts. On a ministry level partnership staff are accountable to their local church leadership. All financial partnerships are received by Every Nation South Africa’s Partnership Office where they are administrated and staff receive their full salaries from here.

MIX and MIX advanced

Ministry Internship Experience (MIX) is a one year program designed to raise ministry leaders within Every Nation as well as in the market place.

MIX – This program is for men and women who have completed their school or university education and sense a call to vocational ministry but are lacking certainty. The program is purposefully designed to develop the following aspects of every candidate; Character, Ministry, Leadership and Personal Growth.

MIX Advanced – This program is for men and women who have been working in ministry or the market place who have a conviction that they are called to be vocational ministers. The MIX Advanced program is designed to impart general value based ministry principles guided by the Core Values of Every Nation as well as provide training and mentoring into the specific ministry calling that the candidate is called to.

Connect Group Leaders and Volunteers

We believe in continuous development of leadership within the context of discipleship, whereby Connect Group leaders are equipped and empowered through various training and mentoring.

Our iServe volunteer’s ministry also allows for people to grow in leadership by leading different departments and/or ministries.
